Wellness Escape – Return & Refund Policy
At Wellness Escape, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality treatments and exceptional service. As our services are provided in-person and tailored to each client, we kindly ask you to review our refund policy below:
1. Treatments & Services
- Non-refundable once delivered: Completed treatments cannot be refunded, as the service has already been provided.
- Satisfaction concerns: If you are unhappy with your treatment, please let your therapist know during the appointment so adjustments can be made. We value feedback and will do our best to resolve any concerns.
2. Gift Vouchers
- Valid for 6 months from date of purchase (unless otherwise stated).
- Non-refundable but transferable: Vouchers may be gifted to another person if you are unable to use them.
- Must be redeemed via our website or by contacting hello@wellnessescape.co.uk.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.
- Missed appointments without notice are charged in full.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are only offered in cases where a treatment cannot be carried out due to unforeseen circumstances on our part (e.g., therapist illness or unavoidable cancellation).
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Products
- Unused and unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Opened or used products cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.
